DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED:

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY:
Address a variety of concerns including trauma, grief, substance abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD and other issues related to mental health.

PLAY THERAPY:
Facilitate growth and change in children by providing a forum in which they can communicate through the “language” of play. Utilize a therapeutic play setting to guide children towards becoming more aware of their emotions and experiences, and offer an environment in which they can work through problems to learn how to effectively deal with life challenges.

Other therapies utilized include, but are not limited to:
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Existentialism.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ADVOCACY:
Support for victims of domestic violence.  Please contact us for more information.

PAYMENT:
A sliding scale fee based on income and what the client can afford.
