Nevada Health Centers is pleased to announce our primary healthcare service expansions in Storey County. Nevada Health Centers currently operates a health clinic in Virginia City at 175 E. Carson Street once a week. The center is open on Wednesdays from 8:30a.m. to 4 p.m. and will provide services including family care, preventive health and wellness, well child checks, sick visits, sports physicals, immunizations and health management. Nevada Health Centers will also begin providing primary care services to residents in Lockwood, via a drop by home visit program offered on Thursdays. Nevada Health Centers provides care to all individuals regardless of their ability to pay. Payment for services may include private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or a sliding fee schedule for low income uninsured patients.
