CCI’s G.A.M.E. (Guidance through Academics, Mentoring, & Employment) Program students celebrated their incredible accomplishments at a very special graduation party on Tuesday, June 19th. Six of our G.A.M.E. students graduated with their high school diplomas and ten received their HSE. We are proud that two of our students (out of the 95 graduating) were chosen to give speeches and they did great!
From Shaunte, GAME Program Coordinator:
“I really can’t put into words how proud I am of their achievements. They made my first year at CCI a truly memorable experience!”
The G.A.M.E. program provides case management, wraparound services, life skills, mentoring, financial literacy, transportation, GED/HSE preparation, employment skills training, and paid work experience for out-of-school youth who are not going to school or working. Students also receive a stipend for the first seven weeks of the program while they prepare for the GED or HSE.
